Quality and safety are at the heart of everything we do. CaterPrep operates under BRC standards and our products go through a triple-check system before delivery. The first check is at the roller inspection table where potatoes are checked for their eyes and appearances.
The second check is at the weighing and bagging area where products are checked against order and the final check is at our picking area where our order assemblers do a final check on product quality and ensure everything is labelled and packaged correctly.
All our operators are fully trained in food hygiene and safety and we ask all staff to report to management immediately if they feel the products they see do not meet our standards.
